Eligibility

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking with Book My Holidayz.

• The customer or designated traveller must meet the applicable age and identification requirements for the selected vehicle or travel service.

• Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and any other documents required under applicable Indian laws.

• Customers may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and other documents for verification.

• Additional eligibility requirements may apply depending on the vehicle category, service provider, trip type, or rental arrangement.

 

Booking and Service Agreement

• A booking made through Book My Holidayz is subject to availability and confirmation by Book My Holidayz or the applicable service provider.

• The booking details may include the selected vehicle or travel service, rental or trip duration, pickup and drop-off locations, applicable charges, and other agreed service conditions.

• Book My Holidayz may work with third-party vehicle owners, drivers, travel partners, or service providers to fulfil customer bookings.

• The actual vehicle provided may vary from the selected model or category depending on availability, subject to the applicable booking terms.

• Customers are expected to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, contact, and travel information to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

Reservation and Payment

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance amount has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

• Payments may be made through the payment methods made available by Book My Holidayz.

• The total price may vary depending on the vehicle category, trip duration, distance, location, additional services, applicable taxes, tolls, parking charges, driver allowances, or other applicable costs.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Any additional charges applicable to the booking will be communicated or charged according to the agreed service terms.

Responsibilities of Customers

• Customers must comply with all applicable traffic laws, transportation regulations, and safety requirements during the trip.

• Customers must use the vehicle and services responsibly and follow instructions provided by the assigned driver, service provider, or Book My Holidayz.

• Customers must not use the vehicle for any unlawful, hazardous, or prohibited activity.

• Smoking or consumption of prohibited substances inside the vehicle may not be permitted.

• Carrying pets, luggage, or other items may be subject to vehicle capacity and service-provider restrictions.

• Any fines, penalties, damages, or additional costs resulting from the customer's actions or violation of applicable laws may be charged to the customer.

Chauffeur-Driven Services

• For chauffeur-driven bookings, the assigned driver will operate the vehicle during the agreed trip.

• Customers must not instruct or encourage the driver to violate traffic laws or safety regulations.

• Pickup and drop-off timings should be communicated accurately to avoid delays or additional waiting charges.

• Driver allocation is subject to availability and may be changed by Book My Holidayz or the applicable service provider when necessary.

 

Customers are expected to maintain appropriate conduct toward drivers and service personnel.

 

Insurance and Accidents

• Insurance coverage, where applicable, will depend on the vehicle, rental arrangement, service provider, and applicable policy terms.

• Customers should review the applicable insurance or protection terms before using the service.

• In the event of an accident or other incident, the customer must immediately inform Book My Holidayz or the relevant service provider and cooperate with the required procedures.

• Any exclusions, deductibles, liabilities, or charges applicable under the relevant insurance or rental agreement will remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Cancellation and Modification

• Cancellation and modification of bookings are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking or service.

• Customers should review the applicable cancellation terms before confirming their reservation.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

• Changes to pickup locations, dates, vehicle categories, trip duration, or other booking details may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

• Book My Holidayz will make reasonable efforts to provide or facilitate the services confirmed in a booking.

• Book My Holidayz shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, natural events, government restrictions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, third-party service-provider issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Book My Holidayz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

• Where services are fulfilled by third-party drivers, vehicle owners, or service providers, certain aspects of the service may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities
Customers must not:

• Use the vehicle or service for any illegal activity.

• Carry prohibited or unlawful items.

• Engage in reckless or unsafe driving.

• Use a vehicle beyond its permitted passenger or luggage capacity.

• Sublet, transfer, or otherwise allow unauthorized persons to use a self-drive vehicle.

• Provide false or misleading information during the booking process.
   

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the services provided by Book My Holidayz shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
Book My Holidayz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when published on our website or otherwise communicated to customers. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before making a booking.
